Many people with ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence are highly capable, intelligent, and driven—but still find certain aspects of daily life more difficult than they expect. Tasks that seem straightforward to others, such as organizing, prioritizing, or following through consistently, can require significantly more effort.
You may notice patterns such as procrastination, difficulty starting or completing tasks, losing track of time, or feeling overwhelmed by competing demands. In high-performance environments, these challenges can create frustration, self-doubt, or the sense that you are not living up to your potential.
For some, these patterns have been present for years but were never fully understood. Others may have been recently diagnosed and are trying to make sense of how ADHD or neurodivergence is affecting their work, relationships, and daily functioning.
